Procurement Notice: Invitation for Bids to supply and install underground fibre-optic cable, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras at Cockleshell Bay, Southeast Peninsula, St. Kitts(SE Vision)

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) in accordance with the Telecommunications (Universal Service Fund) Regulations Thirteenth Schedule Section 56 invites sealed bids from qualified bidders to supply and install underground fibre-optic cable and closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras at Cockleshell Bay, Southeast Peninsula, St Kitts.

The NTRC has received funding in the form of Universal Service Fund towards the cost of the “Universal Service Fund Project “and intends to apply a part of the proceeds towards the Universal Service Fund Project.

Bidding will be done through competitive bidding procedures in a manner consistent with fair competitive international best practice and existing policies such as the Universal Service Fund Regulations.

The deadline for submission of the Bids will be March 13, 2025 at 1.30 pm. Late bids will be rejected. All documents must be delivered to:
